I have been attending St Mark's Hospital for Diseases of the bowel when they were situated in City Road and I was 18 years old (I am now 72) and in all that time I have never had a doctor like Mr Oliver Warren whom I saw this morning at Northwick Park. He was so professional, informative, attentive, and very thorough; he showed me all the previous colonoscopies I have had and explained what they all meant. Never having had anything explained to me before he really filled me with confidence and he had such a pleasant manner.

I found Dr Warren to be very polite and friendly and not at all intimidating, which is how some doctors can sometimes come across. He was very thorough and clearly explained the issues concerning my mum (the patient) and what needs to be done next and why. He was approachable and answered all my questions. I can't fault him on the care we received.

The care I was given was second to none, especially as I did not have an appointment booked. Mr Warren was very understanding and went out of his way to help, as do all the staff at St. Mark's. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
